Lotus Paste Snowskin Mooncake baked on 21th September 2007


Actually i want to do traditional mooncake, but in the end, change my mind and do snowskin mooncake.

    Your mooncake looks very nice..are you going to make some more?

    Last night I also wanted to do the mooncake, but was tired coz the cough was bad, like it won't stop coughing liket that aiyo.

    I have measure out the ingredients will start doing the mooncake today. If the shape look good i will post if not hehehe than nothing to see liao.

    Ya, it's easy. I have bought a packet of Durian Paste Filling but have not open yet, as i have a packet of Lotus Paste open but not finish yet, so use Louts Paste...
