Pls don't give up, maybe you can ask Auntie Irene or others for advise this sunday to see where go wrong with your sponge cake...wish you will success next time.

Laughing aside, this time nevermind lah, go & consult Auntie Irene to find out what has gone wrong with your process (could it be that you were also using lower heat as in your cream puff?) or ingredients and try to improve in your next attempt, ok? 还有我....还有我.....我也一样哦！之前试了好多次在粉樱食谱里的sponge cake，结果没有一次成功，样子就和你的一样。不管我怎么做，这cake就是不能发，我的材料都和食谱里一样，就不问题出在哪里？到最后...做到我不想再做了，不想每次都把cake 给丢了，太可惜也很失望。决定放弃。以后再来试。
