Arrange with Huifen to go Aunty Irene house today to learn bakery. Huifen went to learn Rich Cheese Cake and Cheddar Cheese Loaf and i have a chance to see the procedure in doing Rich Cheese Cake and Cheddar Cheese Loaf. Aunty Irene also show us the steps in doing Sponge Cake. Saw quite a no. of people doing the 黄金小面包 and i was tempted to do it, so ask Aunty Irene to teach me. Used half of the recipe and the other half was used to make bun with sausage inside. The bread is done by Huifen and me which Aunty Irene said that it's 不像样，but Huifen told her that it's creativity. A thousand thanks to Aunty Irene for teaching the 黄金小面包, and also to Nicole for the help.

And as usual, Aunty Irene house is filled with a lot of people as Ah Oink and her family came in the afternoon, and also Hui Fen family and not forgetting Margaret also...
