Puff Bun made on 28th February 2008

Made this puff bun yesterday. But i used evaporated milk instead of fresh milk as i run out of milk and lazy to go and buy and my fridge still have evaporated milk. Even at the oven, can smell the nice nice smell coming out from the oven.

There's a SA Roadshow at Suntec City. Love 972 Guo Xian and Yong Mei host the SA Tour Road Show from 2pm to 4pm. Suppose to be Violet and Yong Mei hosting but heard that Violet son is sick.

The market near my house have recently completed upgrading and yesterday there was an opening ceremony by the MP Mr S Iswaran.

Golden Mile Food Centre

Pass by Golden Mile Food Centre just now and remembering that there's a stall selling Japanese food recommended in TV before, so went to try out the Salmon Set as Japanese food is my favourite. There was many people quening to buy from this stall.

During CNY, heard 二姑 mention that Dr John Chen (二姑丈的弟弟) has release a CD, has been looking around for it and finally found the CD.

Chinatown Yuan Xiao Celebration on 17th February 2008

Was at Chinatown yesterday to catch a glimpse of some of the float for chingay. The show was suppose to start at 8pm but even at ard 6pm, there was already a lot of people 'chopping good place' hoping to get a good view of the show.

Since yesterday was a Sunday and there's a Sentosa Flower 2008 going on at Sentosa, so went there. It was crowd with many people visiting the Flower 2008.
