Im so blur this time, after cutting the cake, then realise that some part of the cake is not fully cooked, so have to put back into the oven to bake for a little bit longer time.
I bake for 30 mins as per the recipe, took out, test with chopstick, find that it's not that ok, put back into oven for another 10 min, took out, test again, looks ok, so went to cut, then realise that it's not fully cooked... Then i put back oven again for another 10 min, after that ok liao...
