Coffee Cupcake/Pandan Muffin/Puff Pastry


Coffee Cupcake
Pandan Muffin

The other time i use optima flour to do coffee/pandan cupcake, this round i didn't use optima flour.



Puff Pastry

The other day went to Aunty Irene place to learn puff pastry skin, so use the skin to make 3 hot dog and 5 with chicken filling (only took picture of 3 out of the 5) . Have share 2 hot dog and 4 chicken filling with my good friend Joyce.
