Chilli Prawns

Today i cook the chilli prawns that Aunty Irene taught in 厨房笔记, instead of leaving the shell there, i peel off the shell instead. Wonder will L-5 sit sofa?

    Ur Chilli prawns looks nice. But according to Auntie Irene, when cooking this dish, if u remove the shell, very hard to control the prawn texture.

    So how's the result?

    Actually "sit sofa" is from Sharon's other friends overseas that uses to indicate that they are first to post a comment and got the sofa to sit and enjoy reading the post. Kekekeke.
