The other day at Aunty Irene house, she show a picture of the Braised Pork with Bean Curd Sticks and mention that she will be teaching it in 厨房笔记 on mon. Was quite tempted to do it and happen that i have a piece of 五花肉 (Aunty Irene use pork belly, but because i don't like to eat fatty fatty meat, so i use 五花肉) about 250g in the fridge and i only need to get bean curd sticks and i add in dong fen.

    Aunty Irene also mention that cook with 三层肉比较香, if i cook with 三层肉, i will peel off the fatty meat as i don't like that part, kekeke...
