Chilli Prawns - 30th june


The other time i cooked the chilli prawns, i peel off the shell, this time round, i cook it with the shell on, the taste is different, find that cook with the shell on is nicer.

    now your agree with the prawn shells taste better right？ coz the shells help to retain the natural sweetness of the prawn. Hence, if want to enjoy this dish cannot be lazy to peel off the shells and get our hands dirty hor...
