There's an appearance of Looney Tune character at AMK Hub. The performance is about 20 min and then there's a photos taking session, didn't take picture with them as it was very crowded at that time.

For the Looney Tune, anyone can take picture with the character...
See that most of the shopping mall, they will require a minimum spending and then give a pass for kids to take pictures with the characters...
