Pound Cake

Saw from Sally blog about the cake she bake and that i have not been baking for quite some time and also i 心痒痒，手痒痒, so i decided to try out on this pound cake recipe which i saw from this website Precious Moments. Actually i have printed it out some times ago but have not tried it out yet and also i find that it is quite simple to do. Suitable for people like me, as i 'm only interested in doing simple item. Too complicate item will be bye-bye.


I have raisins at home, so i add in raisins, i forgot that i should have add in the raisins into the flour, instead i add in last, that why the raisins sink into the bottom.

    Have to put the raisins into the flour, then pour into the batter (butter, sugar, egg, milk etc) and then mix it together...
