Ingredient used in preparing enzyme
Forget to take a picture after finishing preparing. This enzyme picture is taken after about 3hrs after preparing it.

after 3/4 days, must open it and stir them! after that just need to shake it! because of this bottle, so you must shake carefully!

this bottle i bought fm sheng siong at west coast.
you can buy from 藥材店﹗if can find auntie irene used that type bottle is more better lo!

ReplyDeleteU dun hv to re-do lar, can do another bottle again and keep this one also. Ripe fruit dun hv much enzyme but still can eat also. As for the rock sugar, white color one is after "piau bai" so not so gd but still can eat too. Next time just dun use white color rock sugar & dun use ripe fruit lor.
