got 3 layer, maybe i make the steam cake smaller cos i first time trying, so use only half the ingredient, that y looks like 1 layer.
oh ic, you should cut it then can let us see the layer! how is the taste?

maybe you can put less sugar when you do next time!

Hi,Next time if you do half ingredient,use a smaller baking tin. Hehe.. this steam cake look like pancake leh.Did you use electric mixer or manual 1?:-D
hehe.. i did not use mixer, just normal mixing...
