Stringray Dinner on 9th October 2007

Yesterday my friend and i went to Bt. Timah Hawker Centre to have our favourite stringray dinner. We were telling each other that this time round, die die also must go eat the stringray liao as we didn't eat it for quite some time liao. Saw from another table two ladies order a dish on pork rib and it looks nice, so ask my friend whether want to try it out, so we ordered a stringray, pork rib and a fried rice. And indeed it is nice. Wonder will Aunty Irene teach this dish on pork rib in 厨房笔记，hehe...
