Pandan Chiffon Cake


Yesterday i tried making the Pandan Chiffon Cake, but it turn out like that. Have been doing some thinking, but can't figure out what went wrong.


This is the tin which i used to make the cake.

After calling Aunty Irene to check with her, i realise what went wrong, the problem lies with the baking tin and also i didn't did the batter well enough.

    我也有像你一样的baking tin, 是去年X'mas 同事的exchange present，还没有用，think too big for my oven. 不可以用来做chiffon cake 吗？
