Went in Bugis Area yesterday and went to Victor's Kitchen at Sunshine Plaza to eat tim sum.

Passed by Bugis Street and saw this mini doughnut, so decided to buy 3 to give it a try.

Braised Chicken

Today i tried doing braised chicken, but i think i put in a bit too much dark/light soy sauce, so it become too salty.

满载而归的一天 at Aunty Irene house

Today i was at Aunty Irene house with Shirley and there's a special guest and that is 董 莉 （Radio Station Love 972 嘉宾之一）， this is my first time meeting her in person and she is very pretty. And not to forget too, Aunty Irene new student, L-5. First of all, Aunty Irene teach prawn roll, this is the prawn roll after steaming.

After that, when it has cool down, it was cut into pieces and then deep fry.
After that, Aunty Irene teach yam puff.

I have bought bi tai ba with the intention of asking Aunty Irene to teach soon kueh using bi tai ba and Aunty Irene also taught us that. The first plate, the filling is the left over ingredient of the yam puff. The second plate, the filling is using tuna spread since the ingredient of the yam puff have been used up. Thank you Aunty Irene for the teaching. We had an enjoyable day learning those items from Aunty Irene. Thank you once again Aunty Irene for the guidance.

The other time i use optima flour to do coffee/pandan cupcake, this round i didn't use optima flour.

Puff Pastry

The other day went to Aunty Irene place to learn puff pastry skin, so use the skin to make 3 hot dog and 5 with chicken filling (only took picture of 3 out of the 5) . Have share 2 hot dog and 4 chicken filling with my good friend Joyce.

Prawn Roll

The other day i saw Dorene do Prawn Roll, so i sms Aunty Irene to teach me, then i left a comment at Dorene blog that i want to ask Aunty Irene to teach me, Dorene reply that Aunty Irene will scold me because it is not from Aunty Irene, that time, i was thinking, jia la liao, gonna get scolding from Aunty Irene liao. But heng lor, that night i ask Aunty Irene about it, she teach me how to do it and didn't scold me, hehehe... But in the end, i do the prawn roll till it don't look like prawn roll... hehe...

Almond Peach Yoghurt Cake

I have been wanting to try this Almond Peach Yoghurt Cake some time ago, but drag till today. After doing the Coffee Optima Sponge Cake, while the batter is in the oven, i use the time to weight all the ingredient so as not to waste any time.

Tried doing Coffee Optima Sponge Cake, but i can't get the 8cm tall sponge cake as Aunty Irene mention. Realise that i have forgotten to take picture of the whole cake only after i've cut it.

Puff Pastry/Macaroon

Yesterday i was at Aunty Irene house with JoannE to learn Puff Pastry skin. The filling i used for the puff pastry skin is sardine. Thanks to Aunty Irene for her patience and guidance in teaching it. And also thanks to Nicole for teaching me how to make the sardine filling. Don't know which plate to use, so i just took any plate which i can find at Aunty Irene house to take picture of it. This picture is using my hp to take as i forgot to bring my camera.

After learn Puff Pastry, Margaret, Nicole, JoannE and i learn macaroon. Got chocolate, strawberry and coffee flavor. I only look on as they do it because... Aunty Irene know it, kekeke. Credit goes to Margaret, Nicole and JoannE. This is my first time eating Macaroon. Macaroon is so nice that when u bite it, u can't stop eating it.
