Puff PastryYesterday i was at Aunty Irene house with JoannE to learn Puff Pastry skin. The filling i used for the puff pastry skin is sardine. Thanks to Aunty Irene for her patience and guidance in teaching it. And also thanks to Nicole for teaching me how to make the sardine filling. Don't know which plate to use, so i just took any plate which i can find at Aunty Irene house to take picture of it. This picture is using my hp to take as i forgot to bring my camera.
After learn Puff Pastry, Margaret, Nicole, JoannE and i learn macaroon. Got chocolate, strawberry and coffee flavor. I only look on as they do it because... Aunty Irene know it, kekeke. Credit goes to Margaret, Nicole and JoannE. This is my first time eating Macaroon. Macaroon is so nice that when u bite it, u can't stop eating it.

Macaroon is a kind of 法国精致点心... Taste, it is soft and also has to depend on what type of macaroon u do... but overall it it very nice...

Actually last Sunday I thought of going, but half way met a friend and we chatted for 3 hrs and in the end I went home instead of heading to E!Hub. This weekend will go recce and take some photos, then post in my blog... :)
