The other day after doing 4321 Mid Chicken Wing, i did the Cheese Cookies that is taught in 厨房笔记 as i still have some cheddar cheese left from doing the fried pumpkin fritters the other time. Use half of the recipe and make abt 13 cookies. Don't quite like this cookies as find that it is not very fantastic.
