This is my first attempt trying to do mooncake on my own. It was not successful and it don't look like traditional mooncake. With Aunty Irene around, it look easy and everything is nice when it's ready. But when i do it on my own, haiz.....

The colour look abit strange, look like coffee cake. How's the taste? I have not try this myself yet, only did snow skin 2x liao. I think snow skin easier, hehe...

Not 3 days yet, i also donno how come the colour turn out this way, will try again b4 call Aunty Irene to ask her abt it... Gave some to my friend, she was asking if it is sknow skin...
