Bread - 2nd attempt - 17th Sept 2007

After baking

After seeing so many people making bread, i decided to try making bread again myself. But compare to the rest of them, mine is still 不像样.

妳的麵包好像沒什麼發酵到耶。感覺烘的也不夠﹐是時間不夠嗎﹖還是溫度調的不夠﹖

沒關係啦﹗這次不成功﹐就再努力啦﹐ OK﹗做多幾次就一定會成功的。失敗是成功的媽媽嘛﹗呵呵~~~

麵包发酵不夠哦!下次让它发久一点就ok的.多做几次就会捉到窍门.加油!

SIS, seem that the bread is not fully proofed, and the baking time is not enough,but it is good that at lease you tried making them.Keep it up and try again,I believe that one day you will sure be able to bake very nice bread.

Your bread r look the same with before and after, only sausage change colour. Never mind, more practice will improve skill. Keep it up.
