Cheddar Cheese Cake just out of the oven using top and bottom heat
This is the cheddar cheese cake that i saw Aunty Irene teaching Hui Fen to do on sunday. After leaving Aunty Irene house that day, i went to the supermarket near her house to buy the cheddar cheese and butter and try it out yesterday. But i cut down on the sugar by 20g (Aunty Irene, hope u won't be angry that i cut down on the sugar, hehe...) Aunty Irene, how many mark will i get for this item huh?
