Tried doing Coffee Optima Sponge Cake, but i can't get the 8cm tall sponge cake as Aunty Irene mention. Realise that i have forgotten to take picture of the whole cake only after i've cut it.

I have 2 round tin... d other time, i use the 21cm tin, after that then i realise that the other tin that i have is 20cm tin...
