Visiting of Changi Airport Terminal 3 Open House on 18th November 2007

Saw from TV News and newspaper that there's an open house in Changi Airport Terminal 3, so decided to visit Terminal 3 to have a look. There's still renovation going on but it's still crowded with many people visiting the new terminal.

$1 is payable for self-guided to the transit area and $3 for guided tour. When the terminal is open for operation on 9th Januany 2008, it will be restricted to passenger only.

Saw this Bean Mee at the supermarket, but have not tried it before, so i decide to buy a packet to try it out.

Wu Xi Pork Rib/Donut/Heart Jelly make on 5th November 2007

Today im not feeling well and is resting at home, but i itch hand, decided to do something.

I have pork rib in fridge so i decided to cook wu xi pork rib from recipe taken from http://lilyng2000.blogspot.com/which i come across.

Seeing Dorene and JoannE donuts and also i happen to come across the recipe at http://auntyyochanaindex.blogspot.com/ so i decide to try it out. I used a cutter to cut out the round shape but do not know how to make the round hole in the centre. In the end, it don't looks like donuts but looks like 'hump chee pen' instead. :(

Came across a Heart Jelly recipe from http://www.auntyyochanaindex.blogspot.com/ and decided to give it a try. i should have use the spring form tin with removable base instead of the square tin, no wonder i have a hard time cutting it.

Chee Cheong Fun/MediaCorp Radio Subaru Impreza Challenge 2007(Day 2)/Donut

I happen to come across Baking Mum blog a few days ago at http://bakingmum.blogspot.com/ and saw the recipe for chee cheong fun and i 心血来朝 (hope it's right) to try it. And i have sausage in fridge so i put sausage inside it.

Today was lesser people in the Subaru Impreza Challenge as some have drop out already.

The sky was getting a bit dark and the DJ was mentioning whether will there be a rain coming since it has not been raining since yesterday.

There's a special break at 4pm for one of the group and each group have to dance when the music starts and also to see whether which group has the loudest cheer from their supporters and the public. In the end Car no 6 got the special 5 mins break.

This is the donuts that many people have been quening at Raffles City, there's a store at Suntec City also and there's many people quening for it too, has been curious whether how's the taste since so many people quening for it and that it has a counter for takeaway for up to 2 donuts, so went up to ask if i buy 3 donuts, do i have to join in the quene, the staff said no need so bought some to try it, indeed it was nice, no wonder so many people quening for it.

Last week i tried to do the deep fried fish fillet but the batter did not stick on the fish. So i decided to cut the fish into smaller pieces and fried it.

Today i try to make 蒸包 but because i do not have bamboo basket as the one that Aunty Irene use, i do normal steaming, so this is what is become of the 蒸包 i make.
