Wu Xiang make on 1st November 2007

Nope, this is not from Aunty Irene...

I use mince meat, water chestnut, prawn mixed with some corn flour, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, pepper and egg...

Looks like this is your favourite Hokkien speciality food. Looks good, must be very delicious too...

I've tried using the skin to cook some wrapped food before, but found it very salty, must wipe very thoroughly to reduce the saltiness. Did u do anything to the skin?

I agree with u that the skin is indeed salty, but it did not do anything with the skin as not to sure how to go about it...
