I've made scones before, long long time ago, I remembered I even used hand-kneading method & managed to get almost right. I was prompted to make scones after sampling it during my Melbourne trip. We ate the freshly baked piping hot scones with strawberry jam & cream, I can tell u the combination was simply marvellous, I really missed it... will try to bake it one day...
