I've tried using the skin to cook some wrapped food before, but found it very salty, must wipe very thoroughly to reduce the saltiness. Did u do anything to the skin?

I use mince meat, water chestnut, prawn mixed with some corn flour, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, pepper and egg...

I agree with u that the skin is indeed salty, but it did not do anything with the skin as not to sure how to go about it...
