Longan Pudding/Butter Cookies/Pandan Butter Cake

Longan Pudding

I do not have the pudding mould, so i use another type of mould to do it.

Aftering trying the Pandan Butter Cake at Aunty Irene house last sun and also i didn't do it correctly the other time, today i try it again. But the top was a bit burnt again.

I think you really hv to check the top of your cake very often during baking and cover it b4 it turns so burnt.

Your Longan Pudding/Butter Cookies/Pandan Butter Cake looks good except that the top of butter cake burnt lor, seems that need to control the upper heat of the oven somehow. However I think for the coffee & pandan butter cakes, you seems to get the cake texture right, so that's quite good already. Perhaps next time watch the cake closely & remove it before it got burnt.

Thank you for your compliment and advise. As for the upper heat, can't control leh, standard leh... I got try out the butter cake, use a aluminum foil when i saw it turn a bit burnt on the top, the top of the butter cake turn out beter a bit than the coffee cake and pandan butter cake.
