Pandan Butter Cake baked on 11th December 2007

Not satisfy with this cake that i tried out, because the colour looks artificial and also that the coconut milk that i squeeze out is watery.

Yeah, the colour very dark, you pour too much colouring is it? If so, 卫生部长Mary sure fail you leh, haha...

maybe u put in too much colouring and u didnt stir evenly..

Maybe next time dun put coloring, just put the juice that u extract out from the pandan leave that will be more frangrant and look nice!

think not too bad lah...u put just green colour or pandan flavour?

learnt from mistake then u will do better next time....look forward to seeing u attempt with the one taught by auntie Irene yesterday.

Don't be lazy ha...remember to squeeze the fresh coconut milk & pound & extract the pandan leaves juice & colour huh, then your pandan butter cake will be very fragrant....yummy yummy...my saliva drooling liao....

I got put both, the green colouring (kia su, add a bit too much) and also pandan paste...

After learning from Aunty Irene the squeeze coconut fresh milk, at least know i know where is my mistake liao and also how to pound the extract...

Yesterday Aunty Irene do that Pandan Butter Cake, find that it is better than chiffon cake....

Come to think of it, my saliva drooling liao...
