Today is Shirley birthday, yesterday we (Nicole, Margaret, Oink Oink, JoannE, Michelle, L-5, me) gather at Aunty Irene house to celebration. Pardon me for the bad picture taken as i'm using new camera and still in the midst of exploring it.

The other day at 三姑 place, 三姑 was asking what i like to eat, told her i wanna eat cereal prawns, 三姑 said that her fridge do not have prawns, so i suggest that i went to the supermarket to get prawns, but 小姑 happen that she need to go downstair to buy things, so she bought the cereal prawns and the beancurd from the 煮炒 stall.

The other day saw Sally make Baked Macaroni in her blog and was interested in making it, so ask Sally for the recipe and make it yesterday. Thanks to Sally for the recipe.

Mid-Wing

On Saturday i was at my friend house having my friend homemade 超级一级棒爱心水饺 made especially for me. Another friend also like her 水饺but too bad she can't make it. Beside 水饺 she also cook mid-wing and her mid-wing is also super super yummy. Actually she also wanted to boil soup, that day is actually her off day, but her colleague message her on mid-night on friday that her child is having high fever, so my friend went back to office on sat, and not able to boil the soup.

Butter Cookies

Actually yesterday night i thought of making the Milo Butter Cake 2 again as the one i make on wed does not have a strong milo flavour as what Margaret was asking, but in the end, i end up make butter cookies instead. I use 1 1/2 time the ingredients from the recipe that Aunty Irene teach in 厨房笔记 and make about 50 cookies.

The other time ask Aunty Irene whether can Milo be add into the butter cake 2 recipe to make Milo Butter Cake, she said can, so yesterday nite i tried it out by using half of the ingredient.
