Saturday i was at Aunty Irene house. L-5 was there already and Margaret join us in the afternoon. Aunty Irene cook a big pot of yummy yummy meatball porridge with 冬菜. It was so yummy that i took 2 bowl for lunch and 2 bowl for dinner.
Last Fri, after passing the cake to Richard, i went to Popular to look see look see at the recipe book that is sold there and happen to see the recipe for biscotti and also last last sat after trying DS biscotti, 对它念念不忘, so ask Aunty Irene to teach me how to do it.
Try making Chiffon Cake on my own, but was not successful, so ask Aunty Irene to show me how to do it. She ask what type of Chiffon Cake i want to learn, told her Pandan a bit troublesome as have to squeeze coconut milk, then suggest Coffee Chiffon Cake, then L-5 come up with Chocolate Chiffon Cake, so we do Chocolate Chiffon Cake. Aunty Irene mention for Chocolate Chiffon Cake, don't expect it to turn out to be very high, but in the end, it still turn out to be so high.
The other time Nicole 'Hao Lian' in her blog she have Cuppocino Chocolate Mousse from Aunty Irene, now is my turn to 'Hao Lian' liao, 托 Michelle Tay 的福, i have a cup of Cuppocino Chocolate Mousse from Aunty Irene also, kekeke.... 谢谢，Aunty Irene for all the yummy yummy foods....

Chiffon Cake need lots of hard work to make it perfectly... but took only seconds to eat one complete cake !! :p
