Vintage Car Grand Prix & Concours Display - 27th July

Actually on Sunday wanted to go Suntec City but expected large crowd there due to a Travel Agent Fair and The Singapore Garden Festival going on there, so did not go.

Passed by Empress Place, there's a Singapore HeritageFest 2008 going on at Singapore from 12th to 27th July and one of the item is this Vintage Car Grand Prix & Concours Display.

On Sat at Aunty Irene house, Aunty Irene teach how to make this 姜汁撞奶, and it it easy to make, on Sunday i bought a packet of soy bean milk and do it on Monday.

Postcard from Sockpeng - 26th July

On Sat i receive a postcard from Sock Peng, the other time saw from her blog that she visited Rocky Mountain National Park and bought postcards from there and giving out 4 postcards to 4 lucky friends, so i tried my luck and i was one of the lucky person. 谢谢 Sock Peng for the postcard, so happy to receive the post from her and i also want to thank her for the continuous support in my blog.

A Day at Aunty Irene house - 26th July

Last week, i heard from Aunty Irene that she make pumpkin kaya and it is si beh nice, so on Saturday i was at Aunty Irene house to learn how to make pumpkin kaya with Elieen, even Mabel who is there to learn 虾饺 cannot resist the temptation, went to buy pumpkin to learn to make this pumpkin kaya.






After learning pumpkin kaya, Eileen and i learn how to make pumpkin bread. See those cute cute and nice nice design, it is make by Aunty Irene. At first i was asking Aunty Irene abt making turtle because saw the other time Margaret did it, and it is very cute, but didn't do it because don't want to copycat mah. Then i ask Aunty Irene about making dog because i like dog, but Aunty Irene mention she not sure abt it, so we make other cute cute design.


Our (Aunty Irene, Nicole, Margaret, DS, L-5 and me) dinner for the day is Aunty Irene homecook fried kway teow. It is so yummy that everyone eat till the plate is so clean.

Saw from Ohbin blog that she cook 意大利面， and that my house still have some spaghetti, so i decided to cook it for dinner. I add whatever ingredient that i could find in the fridge.
