Try doing Lor Mai Kai and this is what i get, have soaked the glutinous rice, mushroom and marinate the chicken yesterday night and did it today.

I also just make this lor mai kai last sat n i see yr recipe is a bit complicated hahaha...... as for mine is no need to fry at all just marinate it n then put in the mould then also add in some water to cover the rice then the lor mai kai will be very soft n taste nice. Put more sesame oil n oyster sauce then it will really taste v v nice! And i only take 25 min to steam it so is v v simple.
