Stir-fried Pork Liver - 17th July


Today i did the stir-fried pork liver that Aunty Irene teach in 厨房笔记. But i slide the pork liver into too big piece, should have cut into smaller piece.

I love pork liver. Especially when it is stir-fried with ginger and wine. Your plate of pork liver looks just nice to eat.
